My 20+ year journey in the tattoo world, including my time on Ink Master, has helped me master a huge range of styles. Today, I like creating futuristic tattoos that blend realism, surrealism, and other techniques into masterpieces that resemble digital paintings. I’m out to craft tattoos that defy expectations.
A tattoo should be more than just a beautiful design—it should interact with the body’s natural contours seamlessly. I like to make big pieces that wrap the body, show something new from every angle, and can’t be captured in a single photo. While I am committed to the unique story, vision, and motivation for your tattoo, you can trust that as an artist, my main focus is to create something that looks beautiful on your unique body.
Some tattoo concepts I’m developing, based on what’s inspiring me and the ways I’m pushing my craft forward right now. While you might love a design here as-is, these are concepts that can be customized. Most realism tattooers work from digital designs based on reference photo(s), then convert that design into a tattoo. Here I’m working with AI and digital illustration tools to create the references, but the end result will be a beautiful tattoo made to fit your unique body.
People often ask about my experience on the show. I was featured in seasons 3 and 5. While it was high-pressure, my goal was to just focus on crafting client designs that resonated with depth, creativity, and a keen understanding of the human body as a canvas. My work consistently garnered praise from the judges and audience.
During an episode of season 5, despite creating what was considered the strongest tattoo of the day, I was challenged for a rule violation. I’d used cannabis, which was legal in my state and something I partook in sometimes to manage anxiety, but was against the rules. While the audience voted to let me stay, I was disqualified. I take responsibility for my actions. And I have great respect for the show and tremendous gratitude for the chance to be a part of it!
